Rooms are for rent on a monthly basis. The management is super cool and very flexible to work with. The building is dated, but it provides shelter and warmth in the winter. Cool air is provided in the summer via air conditioning. Rooms are provided in the main building where you have to share a bathroom. Efficiencies are provided on the lower level in the rear.
