8/22/25 Shaun came and took pictures. He was full of smiles and very friendly! She is going to handle it and though we don’t want these guys to lose their job, we are happy that we mattered to her and she cares about our feelings. As for the couch, she said if it doesn’t relax properly to let her know and she’ll make it right. 7/9/20 The salesmen were great.
