7/11/2025 Penny called me today and was very concerned about the delivery. She is going to handle it and though we don’t want these guys to lose their job, we are happy that we mattered to her and she cares about our feelings. All the sales staff and delivery guys were professional and friendly. They have a “home town feel” about them that makes you comfortable.
Good place.Overall good experience and love the chair I bought. Delivery was 2 hours late so that was kind of annoying but delivery guys were kind and friendly.
Love my tree!!! Looks so nice. Penny is very funny and kind.😁
