FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I had called to inquire about Maintenance on my treadmill. Joey answered the phone. He was super friendly and helpful, NOT pushy at all and very informative. I decide to schedule an appointment. Victor was who came to my home. AGAIN very friendly, very informative, and very thorough! Highly recommend Apex!!!!

They repaired a Pre Core elliptical machine and did an excellent job. They were on time, and did the service at a very fair price. I would highly recommend them!
Had issues with a treadmill and Dave provided great service. He replaced the broken part quickly and went above and beyond to help with other issues I couldn’t finish myself during install.
Everyone - From Barb who helped get everything delivered to the crew of Chad, Raffi, Saul who got the equipment upstairs and installed, they all were great to work with
