After buying 3 or 4 mowers and trimmers here over the years I've found that in my opinion these people have become totally dishonest in their service department dealings and would never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone. I took my Toro mower in for service, which was less than one year old and covered by the the Toro 2 year "guaranteed to start" warranty when it would not start.
