I totally agree with everything i just read. I'm in battle with them right now. I have never dealt with a company so asinine. I just moved into my house, and they held me hostage to either pay a $1000 prepayment OR get my electricity cut off on my wife and 3 little boys. Their reasoning, my credit score was 5% lower than they want. Now, just so you understand, I make over 6 figures. I just bought a $300,000 house and was qualified by the bank despite the extra stringent requirements banks have since the implosion years ago.
