You might want to tell your customers on an updated website that you are no longer in Wylie! I could not get anyone on the phone so I drove out from Forney... only to find a title company who said u moved to Greenville. Shady
Horrible! They don't know what they're doing! My meter had to be replaced twice in the same year. The first one apparently melted and the second one was a mystery. We were doing prepaid and they shut my power off and even after we paid what was due and more, didn't re-connect us until the next day. My kids were freezing all night. Very unprofessional. And who has an extra $500 lying around to reconnect after they shut your power off?! It's absolutely insane! I'm forced to use this company and it's ridiculous!
This is the most expensive electric company with the worst customer service practice. They treat customers like garbage! I have never got such bad customer service experience. I moved here a couple of months ago and my electric bill high bills in my life, and the worst is that you have no other options, no competitors!
We are Paying Right now @ 10 cents per unit, 8 Cents electric charge + 2 cents Distribution cost, where as other providers Charge only 6 Cents total per Unit. This is totally un justifiable-we need to Stop these kind of Ripping off the Members because we happened to be in a community where the Corrupt HOA made an agreement with Farmers Electric at the very Beginning.
