We have lived in an area where Farmers is our only choice for the past 2 years. After dealing with other providers, our experience with Farmers has been GREAT! Our rates are good and the customer service reps are friendly & helpful! There has never been an issue getting an extension when money gets tight.

Worst electric company I have ever encountered. Power goes out weekly for hours. 4th time in less than a month it is 20 degrees out. They want their money but can't provide consistant seevice.
