That's the purpose of expertise if it's not usable. Generally all employees are only knowledgable about niche marijuana growing, sound like very unprofessional buddies opened a shop. Shoppers be wary!!! Not going again!!! You should expressly tell clients only a 3 day return policy and a restocking fee. That's criminal in my opinion, you're gonna lose this battle to Amazon!
