I couldn’t believe how much oil my Buick was losing. I took it to Farmerie’s, and they quickly identified that poor workmanship from a previous mechanic caused the problem. They installed a new valve cover, changed the oil, and had me purring down the road in no time. Honest, skilled, and straight-shooting—these are the guys you want working on your car.
Old guy here... I remember when you could get a driveable car for $500 and a really good one for about $1000. Imagine my surprise to discover power steering is electronic on my truck and the cost to replace it is $4000! For those complaining about high prices, check out the grocery stores. Everything is expensive these days! Fortunately, for me and the power steering issue, all I had to do was replace the battery.
