Excellent service
I contacted this business and left a pressure washer with them 5 weeks ago. I was told 2 to 4 weeks because the owner works on one type of engine then another. I thought that was utterly ridiculous but looking around at the small number of units, I figured 2 - 3 weeks tops. I could not have been more wrong. I called today and the lady who answered said they hadn't gotten to it but might this week. When I objected, she said come and get it. My DISABLED mother waiting over 4 weeks for this obnoxious man to "get to" her mower. Got it back, drove it 50 ft and it stopped. We called and he said he'd get to it when he "could." IF this guy has worked on mowers all his life how do you NOT check a belt BEFORE you bring it back BROKEN. SO ANOTHER DISABLED PERSON GETS TO PUSH A MOWER IN 100 DEGREE SCORCHING HEAT AND HUMIDITY!! IF YOU TAKE 4 WEEKS TO "GET TO A MOWER" COULDNT YOU FIX THE DAMN THING THE FIRST TIME. THIS GUY IS A JOKE
