This is THE BEST PLACE for customer service, engine repair, and product services. The personnel are very trustworthy, and that speaks VOLUMES in this day and age.
As someone who needs their chainsaws to perform every day, whether I need something worked on, parts ordered, a new saw, or to buy any stihl product, there's no place I trust more than Farmer's small motor. Gordon, Mrs Farmer and Tim are absolutely wonderful people with many years of experience.
