Hello public, this is Hal Farmer. I am the founder of Farmer Roofing. What Mr.M failed to mention is that his roof had major problems outside of the hail damage that we contracted for. We explained to him that we would be happy to repair the area that was not on the contract but he wanted it done for free. He then filed a false complaint with the BBB but said he would withdraw the complaint for $1500. Mr.M is a con man. Farmer Roofings record for 34 years speaks for itself.
Beware. I signed a contract in early August after several onsite consultations. Five months later, I continue to contact Farmers to schedule a time to begin the roof replacement. They're now wanting out of the contract that we signed as they are not willing to honor the 5yr warranty which is part of the contract. During this 5 months, my house continues to sustan water damage due to a leak. You would think if they didn't want, or couldn't do the job, they would have told me BEFORE we signed the contract.
