We recently went through the process of selling my wife's childhood home in Metropolis, Tyson and the rest of the Farmer staff was very helpful and professional in helping us with this. They were especially helpful in accommodating my sister-in-law with document signing since she lives out of state and was not present for much of the process. If I ever find myself in the need for Real Estate help in southern Illinois again I will not hesitate to give Tyson and the Farmer & Company folks a call.

Thank You Stew! I listed my home for sale on December 17 with Farmer & Co Real Estate. Since it was so close to the holidays, I didn’t expect things to move very quickly and was hopeful to have a buyer by spring. On 1/2/25, while I was out of the country on vacation, I received a contingent offer. We contacted Stewart when we were first thinking of selling our home. He came by and took a look around and gave us a general idea of what he thought we could ask for. He was right on the money! Extremely knowledgeable about what to do and how to market the house, we were sold in under 6 days. Even after we closed on the house, he still took time to speak and educate me on tax laws for the current sale and future sales. It was a pleasure having Stewart sell our home.
