*UPDATED 7/31/24* Hands down some of the best customer service every time I go in or interact with them. A package arrived melted, no fault of their own, and they're replacing it for me for no extra cost. They were very understanding, responded to my email in just a few hours and coordinated with me this morning on getting the replacement. Every time I go in they're very polite and knowledgeable. I have already recommended this store/these products to my family, friends, and co-workers! The products are high quality and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased the salve in hopes to find relief for my knee pain. $120 was a lot to spend but I figured they knew what they were talking about. It literally did nothing for my pain. I feel like I once again got duped into buying a product that would relieve pain.
