*UPDATED 7/31/24* Hands down some of the best customer service every time I go in or interact with them. A package arrived melted, no fault of their own, and they're replacing it for me for no extra cost. They were very understanding, responded to my email in just a few hours and coordinated with me this morning on getting the replacement. Every time I go in they're very polite and knowledgeable.
