I feel that the quality and service of FB has declined over the years, and my recent visit to the Redlands location has verified that. Overall as a company I have had rude service and subpar food. The only nice thing about these restaurants is the atmosphere (which hasn't changed since I can remember, so it makes it nostalgic). My last visit to this location, I ordered the cob salad, which looked amazing, but once I dug my fork in it the lettuce underneath was brown/ wilted.
