Good food but ridiculously slow and terrible service. They left me on hold when I called to place an order for 18 minutes... enough time to literally drive to the location and show them I was on hold with them still. They didn't care, just said sorry we've been busy... they were not that busy. I've seen it much busier. And then they had the audacity to charge my 75 cents for an extra ranch after having such sad customer service.... like really?? Do something to show you care even a little bit.
Food is great and friendly staff, unfortunately they need more people at this location. I been here three times and it always take like 20 minutes for my order. Would not recommend for those with a tight schedule
Had the below average “LA” experience cause the cashier women was giving my food to the wrong guy at first. I was waiting at a table and I tried to get up a bit quickly but then I accidentally spilled my drink cause she was giving my food to the wrong guy. Idk why she didn’t choose to go up to me to hand me my food like how similar restaurants do. I’ve been to other Farmer Boys locations and they are usually amazing but not this one..
Top staff and service. Always fresh cooked food.
