I hate to leave negative reviews but on Thursday January 22 at about 9:05pm I ordered chili cheese fries and they were extremely cold. I could understand if either the fries or chilli are cold but both?? I’ve ordered them before and they’ve never been cold. I’m not sure what happened this time but I lost my appetite.
Tried to order today around 630 am the lady act like was busy , not caring I was in front of the register waiting to order some food , I asked if they are open she said yes and continued to ignore me , so I left, went to carls Jr across the street much better costumer service

Definitely no volverá a tener mi dinero como es posible que la cajera deje caer tu cambio como si no importara a nadie y todo por no querer que les toques las manos y esque es asqueroso ver cómo manipulan la comida en la caja con uñas eso está prohibido para alguien que te da tu comida no quiero ni imaginar cuántos microbios y bacterias dejan en tu bolsa con esas uñas tan grandes y todavía tienen piedras que desagradable debe ser que te salga en tu bolsa de comida partes de una uña en tu bolsa de comida
