Ordered a southwest chicken salad and asked for the chicken to be prepared hot. I received a salad 15 minutes later with cold chicken. I asked the girl who dropped it off if I could get some hot chicken on it. She said it would take a long time to prepare warm grilled chicken and would I like crispy chicken because it was much better and wouldn’t take long.
