Tom is a very ethical Realtor. He is a top rate guy, who knows the market and business as well as anyone. Don't let sour grapes turn you away.
Tom is a very unethical realtor. We went to put in an offer on a property that he was representing and our realtor contacted him stating we would have the offer in that day, he didn't wait to receive ours and pushed through another offer. In all reality he did not look out for the best interest of the seller. Very discouraging.
