We were unable to make it to the Tiki Fiesta and had VIP seating. I reached out before the event to see if I could receive a partial refund and was told that I could apply the tickets to a future event by Vanessa Bialobreski, however after emailing her a dozen times to find out the logistics of the credit with no response I realize that they have no intentions of honoring this credit. F2T Productions throws the best events in town - hands down. From their monthly themed dinners to their big events, like rose fest and bubble Q, you are always guaranteed a wonderful experience. Vanessa's attention to detail at each event is always spot on and her staff is so friendly! Highly recommend.
Nothing beats these events. Book one. Worth every penny.
