We are a neighborhood-friendly, farm-to-table concept uses its own herb garden in its craft approach to seasonal cooking. Our standard (seasonally changing) menu items include appetizers, small plates, salads & larger entrees. Family-style options and farm-specific dinners are also available. Weekly ingredients and daily versions of favorite flavors are featured on a large chalkboard stretching across the entire kitchen wall.

My husband and I had out best meal since moving to Wake Forest at Farm Table tonight. The caprese with fried green tomatoes was delicious. We had the salmon and oven roasted chicken and both were amazing. The wine menu was great and service was fabulous. We had a great conversation with the managers who truly want to give a great experience to their customers in addition to help the local farmers. I definitely recommend visiting Farm Table.
There were four of us this evening, and we shared appetizers, entrees, and desserts. The shrimp and grits were heavenly. The mac and cheese with bacon and gruyere cheese was to die for. I don't eat salmon, but the rest of the party raved about it. Very nice wine list and yummy cocktails. Can't wait to go there again.
Extremely poor service. After 10 minutes sitting at our table and being completely ignored we got up and left. We let the hostess know on our way out and all she could do is look at us and at the table we had vacated dumbfounded. Not even an utterance of an apology was attempted.
Best meal I have eaten in a very long time and it was in Wake Forest?! Seriously fresh, tasty, "foodie" food. Everything we tried was delicious, so I will trust them as the menu changes to accommodate the farms. So very happy to have this in my backyard.

This group is top notch and the food is fresh, creative, beautifully presented, and tastes GREAT. I'm a salad snob and there has never been a time that the salad was not perfectly fresh - impeccable. We are regulars and hope to see you there for dinner soon!
