Bought a pair of boots couple weeks ago. Asked lady waiting on me to check the box and make sure they were the same size. She did and said they were. I did try them on in the store and walked a short way. After wearing for a couple of days something didn't seem right. Well they aren't the same size and no I don't have the receipt so I'm stuck with them. The lady waiting on me was on her cell phone on a personal call. Frustrating!!!

Went in to buy boots today. Last time I'll ever step foot in the place. Constantly bugged and followed by the employees. I literally could not sit and try on boots because he was so far up my rear. I was spending good money. This isnt the first time. I will continue to spend my money at Cavenders. Sorry you missed out on a $350 sale.

Best customer service in Abilene hands down. Made the mistake of trying a chain store first and had horrible service. Was greeted by 3 different people when I walked into Farm and Ranch. Did I mention they price match and are always cheaper! Then met Mr Robinson, the owner, and he was so nice. Even took time to talk to my son who is 8. Shop here first!

I will not shop anywhere else for boots. I walked in the door and was greeted by 3 people. One showed me where the boots were located and after what seemed like forever I finally found a pair that fit correctly. I am on my feet all day so fit and wear is important to me. These people were so nice and helpful I also order another pair. My family recommended I go here as they are always very satisfied, now I will be a loyal customer.

Bought my son an outfit that was supposed to be 18 months. Got home pants were 6/9 months and top was 18 months. Of course the pants wont fit and cashier said all sales final so its $23.00 wasted. And it was his special outfit for his up coming surgery for him to wear home.
