I do not think we will shop here again. We received wonderful customer service from our salesman, Zach. Unfortunately it was profoundly overshadowed by one of the cashiers. She chose to “call us out” twice saying she smelled the competition on us because we left and came back. So, yes ma’am, we will gladly pay $20 more for better service down the road. This is one of the best western wear stores I have visited in a very long time! Not only do they have sizes that other stores do not carry in stock, but the employees also have the knowledge to help you shop in the future. If I lived closer, this would be my #1 store, easily.

WON’T GIVE THEM MY MONEY AGAIN!! Ordered a $20 men’s size 11 horseshoe ring on March 24 with Michelle as a backup wedding ring because our Mossy Oak Camo rings woulding be arriving until after the April 14th wedding. Reordered it on March 27th, reordered it April 9th THEY DIDNT CARE ENOUGH ABOUT MY BUSINESS TO MAKE SURE IT CAME IN! didn’t offer ANY compensation except a loaner ring so our wedding pics won’t have his ring in them. Definitely won’t be buying the $200 pair of boots there I wanted.

Absolutely the best! I can never find my size in jeans anywhere else and they always have a ready supply of my favorite brand in the whole world! Cinch White label! Great prices, great quality and a very friendly and helpful atmosphere! Couldn’t ask for a better store!
Love Farm & Ranch. I have shopped here for over 20 years. They always take care of me & my family. They are knowledgeable, helpful & have good prices. Most recently I took a Stetson hat in that was gifted to me. I was hesitant to take it in because it didn't come from them. (it came from somewhere in Dallas) They treated me like gold though, like I had just spent a grand with them. They shaped it perfectly, had it back the same day & the price was more than fair.
