Terrible customer service ordered sieve rails for a combine and both showed up bent called immediatly and was given direction to resolve the issue fast forward and now im out of their return deadline they say so im out $1300 for defective parts

I needed some obscure flail motor knives and they had them. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but they shipped the parts and I received them in good condition. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a radiator that came in damaged. Upon ordering, needed to call and ask a question and never got anyone to answer the phone and even left a message. Needed machine running so tried to repair and use anyway. Found out it was damaged worse than originally thought. Finally got an answer and they claimed they were going to overnight another one.
