My family and I purchased a 2019 Princecraft Pontoon from FIRM this past March. It was a very pleasurable experience. As first time boat owners, we had plenty of questions and Andrew did a fantastic job answering them via email and inviting us up from the Twin Cities to see the boat before purchasing it. We had purchased a wireless anchor and they discovered during the install that this particular anchor wouldn't work on the front of our boat.
