I don't see what the fuss is about...I think they have been very helpful in the last seven years we've been using their propane service. We don't use a lot so it is more costly for such a small customer but like I said, they have worked with us to help out.

Unless you are independently wealth, I do not recommend you buy propane from Farm and Home. My house had a buried tank and the contract clearly stated "propane pricing will remain competitive". This proved to be an outright lie. Their pricing was almost $2/gallon higher than what I'm paying now. Even after I paid someone else to dig the tank up, they sent me a $300 bill just to come and get it. I'm glad I finally wised up, or should I say, got Sharp.

Be careful when signing a contract with them. We purchased oil for the season last fall for $2.60/gallon. When they came to deliver oil in May, they topped off our tank well beyond what we had paid for and charged us $4.60/gallon. So that surprise $320 was not welcome and neither is Farm & Home anymore in my household.
