Price is fair and the windows are great quality and they stand behind them.
I almost gave them 1 star!! We got all new windows down to the studs in the fall/winter of 2019. I didn't have the greatest experience with install as I felt the quality of the trimwork could have been better but I digress. December 2023 while cleaning the windows, one cracked. I called and it was under warranty and they "ordered" a new one. A year went by of calling for updates just for them to tell me excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't in yet... after finally getting that window replaced, I had to call on another matt... read more
<ETA — I called them a couple weeks ago, after seeing their response. Receptionist told me they were out but would call me back next day or soon after. Two+ weeks later and I haven’t heard a word.> Lifetime warranty is worthless. My parents bought after owner went on and on about warranty. A piece that allows window to shut tightly broke and they have given my 86 year old mother excuses for over a year. By looks of a few other reviews this is not abnormal for them. We had trouble with some windows and got zero help. Notified BBB and still no response. Finally went to the window manufacturer and we got help from them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FARM & HOME AT ALL.
Lifetime warranty is worthless. My parents bought after owner went on and on about warranty. A piece that allows window to shut tightly broke and they have given my 86 year old mother excuses for over a year. By looks of a few other reviews this is not abnormal for them. I would not recommend making a large investment on windows with this company, as their word doesn’t mean much.
