Beautiful flowers and amazing service! I placed an online order and the arrangement looked even better than I expected! The communication throughout was excellent, and they were so accommodating by letting me pick up the flowers even after closing time when i got held back at work! Really appreciated the kindness and effort! highly recommend!
I called the store to arrange flowers for my Mum on Mother’s day. I paid $100 for an arrangement of flowers including some pink lillie’s and was assured that they would be delivered Sunday morning. It’s not Tuesday and we haven’t received any flowers. I have called several times to find out if there was some kind of admin error, which is easily understandable given Mother’s day is a busy time, but they have neglected to answer the phones.
The most increible lady!!! A big thank you to Rebecca, who helped me create the most beautiful bouquet when I was struggling to find flowers for my last minute diy wedding bouquet a few weeks ago. Rebecca, you absolutely made my day, and my wedding would not have been the same without your kindness, help and expertise in helping me choose beautiful flowers! Highly reccomend Rebecca as a florist and as a human being. If I could get married again, I would choose Rebecca as my florist.
