4th time in a row my “4shot of espresso” venti americano was tasteless and weak. I think the espresso machine at this place needs to be serviced. I’m paying $6 for fragrant water. Pointless, like my life.

Your barista with the twin lip piercings needs a reeducation in service, to get angry with me because I mistakenly interrupted the private phone call he had going on his airpods whilst sullenly making a drink....to carry on loudly discussing his personal life on the call whilst making my drinks...do you guys not like making money?

This Starbucks needs an upgrade on their baristas. For this is the fourth time I had tried to give this Starbucks business. Because I know sometimes mistakes happen and I wanted to give it another chance because it's the closest one to us and I usually come a lot usually to the one on centerbrook lane which is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! . Very rude staff. They made all the drinks wrong and the one guy grunted infront of everyone when making the drinks. If you hate customer service that much maybe work else where? 🤔
