Very rude and lazy people work here. Would advise to stay away !!
It's Sunday the first Sunday in October and I just had to leave Starbucks empty-handed because the girl did not know what decaf coffee was and did not have any coffee brewed at all and had never heard of half caff either. So I went across the street to 7-Eleven and poured the coffee in the cup myself which is about all Starbucks does unless they're making milkshakes as far as I can tell
One star for an okay latte. I only stop at Starbucks Smithfield Kroger out of convenience. Staff is always rude. I just now bought a latte and the two baristas were discussing weed while making my drink. I don't understand why its ok with Kroger to have people like this representing their organization. It's been going on for years, and the proof is in these reviews. I much prefer Cure Smithfield. A bit more expensive, but always top notch customer service.
