Farm to Flame offer a good selection of beef cuts. They also offer a selection of side dishes that are sure to please. There is also a section with primitive store style decor along with handmade goods and crafts available. The cows are raised locally by farmers who care about their well-being. They are grass fed and grain finished. However, they do offer grass finished for special order. The food offered at their restaurant, when it is open during the warmer months, is well made and tasty. This review is for the “butcher shop” as the restaurant was closed. My husband picked out a THICK filet to take home. ($31 a pound- it weighed about 6 ounces). They have a huge selection of frozen items, but we chose from the fresh case where every piece was trimmed well (no waste!) and had internal marbling. After blackening at home, its texture was BUTTERY, cut with a fork!
