Have a mortgage with rural One through Farm Credit for 15 years. My designated day to pull payment is the fifth. Never been a problem and then July 4 They pulled my payment before I transferred the money. I noticed at 1:00 on July 4 as I logged into bank to prep my account for mortgage pull that my balance was -860.xx and a NSF charge. I had a loan with Farm Credit for over 10 years. I never missed a payment and didn’t have any issues with the local office. I needed to refinance and had to deal with the Knoxville location and spoke to Brandon Savage. After calling for him several times he finally called me back and informed me they couldn’t help me because I didn’t own enough land (if I had enough for the first loan I should of had enough for the second). I’ve never had an issue until I had to deal with Janet today. I’ve had an account for years with no problems, but unfortunately Janet is difficult and no help when it comes to working with her. She also kept saying “I’ll put a note on your account then,” like it meant something to me.?
