I’ve never had an issue until I had to deal with Janet today. I’ve had an account for years with no problems, but unfortunately Janet is difficult and no help when it comes to working with her. She also kept saying “I’ll put a note on your account then,” like it meant something to me.?

AVOID this company for loans. Dealing with this company has been a horrible experience. Poor communication, vague direction, and slow processing. I am acting as my own contractor and now that I need money I can’t even access the funds. I am told that they only reimburse and not pay towards billed invoices. If I could pay for everything I would not have asked for a loan. AVOID.
