Great company
Reading below reviews I can only feel that getting a loan is a very stressful process, and finding a bank for a specific loan can be even more daunting. Even so, everyone's financial situation is so different in how much money you have, and well, how much you don't. Farm Credit Mid-America/Rural 1st completely mishandled our mortgage application. Amy Studebaker Lipps (Eaton, OH office) failed to process our loan application in a timely manner and did not order an appraisal on our home. We are now left with 7 days to secure alternate financing or we will not have a home for our family. I hope that nobody has to endure the stress that Farm Credit and Ms. Lipps has imposed on us.
