Didn't have what my husband was looking for
I called Farm City for repair for our mower. At first, I was happy with the open communication when scheduling and having the mower picked up, even if they did drive over the lawn to turn around. That’s where the positive stuff ends. The agreement was that they would look at the mower, and call me with the findings. If I agreed to the repairs, they would be performed. I got my vehicle stuck NEXT DOOR awhile back and this guy politely pulled me out and refused payment. The dude just gets it. Friend and customer for life!
Recently bought a new spartan mower the owner was knowledgeable on the mower explained how to run it and recommended servicing intervals, this place also a had good selection on a variety of mowers both for the residential homeowner and the commercial business owner all in all pleasant transaction.
