Visited for the $9.01 burger deal and I honestly should’ve stayed home. My burger was overcooked, fries were chewy, and I honestly feel sick to my stomach. The vibes didn’t feel right to ask them to remake anything. FB used to be very good, but the quality was horrible tonight and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back. Management needs to do some serious quality control.

Food was very low quality for how expensive it was. My sweet potato fries were burnt to a crisp, the chicken strips were dry and chewy, and my burger had zero flavor! I had to drown it in ketchup just to eat it. I honestly would not recommend eating here.

Friendly service, but our food was not not. The sweet potato fries were so burnt I couldn't eat them.

First of all, before the management changed I would have given them a 4 star review. They closed for a couple of months and reopened from under the franchise. The menu and the quality of food tremendously declined, while prices increased. We went from a grassfed delicious burger and fries to a McD patty with cold fries with the FB seasoning in a small box. We decided to give this place another try. They have greatly reduced the menu options since last time we were there. The burgers were frozen patties. No gluten free buns. Wont be going back.
