I sold my condo and canceled my home owner’s policy on September 15. My policy was paid through December 12, 2020. There was almost 3 months of premium of the $550 annual premium to be refunded. I received $5.28.

RecommendedWe have been customers with Farm Bureau for years and never had a bad experience. Recently, we had some flooding late one evening in our home. I contacted Neil after office hours, he was quick to get a restoration company over to the home. Within an hour the restoration company was on site and was drying the damaged areas and scheduling work to be repaired. Farm Bureau has been great to work with, I could not ask for any better service than I have received. Thank you for all your help Neil! Ryan & Lynnae
32 days ago, our house flooded. For 31 days, our family of 6 has been living in hotels. Our 7-year old now cries every night at bedtime because he is scared, stressed, and “ready to have his life back.” To date, not one bit of repair work has been done on our house because, for weeks, Farm Bureau refused to approve our general contractor’s bid. I would not recommend F/B insurance. I have used them for years with only a windshield or two for claims that they paid on. When homes all around me are being reroofed because of hail damage and I’m eventually told that my shingles are bad and that I need to get the manufacture to warranty. The house is 15 years old, and meanwhile homes are still getting new shingles all four sides of me. All homes are roughly the same age,although no one in the neighborhood uses F/B insurance. My son and I had a terrible experience with the claims division of Farm Bureau Insurance. They were not fair or professional when dealing with us. I would never recommend this company.
