Wow. What a find! An insurance agent that truly cares about how your insurance coverage is structured. I was referred to Kelly by another business owner. Even though I was satisfied with another agent and thought I had the correct insurances for all my business needs Kelly personally took the time to go over each policy as well as found gaps that needed coverage. Been with FB-Rockford for going on twenty years. And have enjoyed two decades of fast, professional service. For the most part, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Rochelle. She epitomizes efficient and experienced customer service.
Kelly has been my agent for several years. He is very knowledgable, responsive and the staff at the office are fantastic.
This place is awful. The rates are better than many (but not all) competitors, but the customer service from this agency is atrocious. First off, the actual Agent, Kelly Obenauf, is all but absent. Expect to deal exclusively with secretaries. If you ask to speak with Kelly specifically, expect him to not be in and take days to call back, if he calls back at all.
