Despite being a Loyal Customer for over 14 years; having several autos, a motorcycle, 2 RVs and Home insurance with them, my Rates always seemed to rise. Including their membership fee! The invoice fees and Account Activity fees were ridiculous! When my old agent retired and a new one took over (TJ) he never had an answer, always had to call Corporate! He dropped the Ball several times, not doing things, so he was about useless as far as I'm concerned. So glad I changed Companies & Agents, Plus I'm saving over $3500 a year!!... read more
Mississippi Farm Bureau has cheap rates for auto insurance and home owners insurance. I have been with them since 2020 and my premium has been going down each year. Run by friendly, courteous people who are always willing to help
The one problem I have with them is when I moved to another state I canceled with them but they continued taking money out of my account and then told me it would take up to 2 weeks to refund me
