Slow response to calls and claims.
I'll never use Farm Bureau for insurance again, but the customer service from their claims center was excellent. They made a very difficult time much easier just by treating me so well.
I filed a claim when a man hit my parked car. We settled pretty quickly, but it took three days for me to be able to cash the check. The staff were friendly and fixed the problem.
