They definitely don’t answer the phone getting insurance with them is definitely a hassle

Was excited to get a great rate on a policy only to be disappointed 2 weeks later after finding out the underwriting had not gone through. Now I have to change policies again
I have tried for several days to call this office and no one ever answers the phone. So frustrating!!
Currently going through the aftermath of my first accident (not at fault). The staff in the office has been so friendly and helpful. The adjuster I was assigned to is Amy Waltz and she has been great! She has taken care of nearly everything for me and given great advice. Thank you for making this situation a little easier for me.
