AVOID AT ALL COST. CARELESS - SCAMMERS. My agent WAS Terral Causey and after receiving an extremely high bill due to a discrepancy with HER paperwork that was already filed and in the system, she was unable to revert that charge and get my account figured out, let alone in order. Buyer beware! They will double your rates every 6 months and tell you that don't know the reason when you question them about it. Terrible experience
Just get off the phone with Susan Fleming she is very rude and doesn't know how to communicate with people they deactivated my account saying I didn't pay for membership no one told me anything about a membership or explained anything to me then after I paid the $40 for membership they deactivated my account again saying my policy went up i tried talking to Susan Fleming and she was rude and very disrespectful
I had a policy only a few months. From the beginning there was issues. They had charged my account multiple times for the “annual fee” which took a few weeks to get refunded after calling numerous times. I had auto payments set up, which they apparently never took. I received a call a week after my coverage had apparently lapsed, they claim I received emails and letter about but I hadn’t received anything, saying “pay $300 and we will reinstate your policy.” I paid the $300 and they responded with “oh it’s not letting me rei... read more
Just got off phone with Susan Fleming of Farm Bureau, to verify calcination of auto insurance on 9/13/24 which I never received a response. She was rude asking personal questions, would not give me the amount of refund and hungup on me.
