Jennifer Taylor has been more than helpful to me she went over and beyond to help me with changing stuff on my insurance adding a driver. She also would respond to me in a timely manner and had all the information I needed. It made things a lot less stressful. I would recommend he to anyone she is great and very sweet to deal with.

The local DMV office was the first to tell me that Farm Bureau customers are often dropped due to clerical mistakes and forced to pay fees in order to be reinstated. Had a few problems with our payments, and mix ups with paperwork. But, the frustration was turned around when speaking to Lindsey. She was kind, and super understanding. Even with two frustrated adults in front of her. She genuinely helped ease our worries and concerns, and helped us get everything in order. She was very much appreciated, and I feel she deserves recognition for it. Really saved the day for us
