Had a few problems with our payments, and mix ups with paperwork. But, the frustration was turned around when speaking to Lindsey. She was kind, and super understanding. Even with two frustrated adults in front of her. She genuinely helped ease our worries and concerns, and helped us get everything in order. She was very much appreciated, and I feel she deserves recognition for it. Really saved the day for us
