My family( two kids and myself)survived the hurricane Helen but lost our house in Boone and everything in it. This insurance group a year after the hurricane started a rate increase that I can't pay told them I can't pay it . And two months before the end of the policy I switched insurance I pay $30 mth now with State farm not the $255.72 I won't have extra money like that for months to come. Jennifer Taylor has been more than helpful to me she went over and beyond to help me with changing stuff on my insurance adding a driver. She also would respond to me in a timely manner and had all the information I needed. It made things a lot less stressful. I would recommend he to anyone she is great and very sweet to deal with.
If I could spare just one person from the stress of having Farm Bureau Insurance for any of their assets, it’s worth my time and trouble. The local DMV office was the first to tell me that Farm Bureau customers are often dropped due to clerical mistakes and forced to pay fees in order to be reinstated.
