I have had nothing but issues, now my lean holder is after me because they have yet to send proof of insurance after multiple calls week after week! Switching ASAP

Every time I go in the office to try and talk to my agent the women up front demand to know why you want to talk to them, and suddenly go from cashier to insurance agent. I can't deal with them at all.
We have been with Farm Bureau for years now. Dwayne is the best agent in the entire world. Anytime we need to make a change with a vehicle he’s on it within minutes. He took incredible care of us when Helen hit. He is the only person I know who answers his phone in half a ring! We can’t thank him enough. He works really hard. It’s possible you may save a little money somewhere else for less coverage, but the quality and reassurance through FB is worth every penny!
