I have been trying to find out about my claim for 6 Mos and no 1 calls me back. Then when I get a person they always forward me to someone else and then that person doesnt call me back. The last lady I spoke to was rude and acted like it was a bother for her to look into my claim. I don't recommend buying their insurance due to unprofessional behavior and lack of any kind of follow up to your claim.
