Norma is a true professional! She is efficient, knowledgeable, and always provides outstanding customer service. It's completely pathetic and robbery for any company to come up with a service fee on debit cards it shouldn't be for debit cards it should be for credit cards just like it says in the description when they try to get that extra $3 out of you all because you're using a debit card to pay with instead of paying cash that's just pathetic which I'll just start mailing the money in for payment guess they'd like that better companies are nothing but a joke these day's none of them are trustworthy!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot recommend this agent to anyone. It was a very disappointing experience. My expectations for prompt service could not be met and even seemed foreign to the agency. Recent service to close family members mimicked this and caused them to leave as well. Failure on price, service and support.
Love being a KY Farm Bureau member. The staff here is always very helpful. Charlotte is my agent and she's great.
