This office used to be great until Brian Trumble became the agent. He has made a mess of my account. Cancelled all my policies and I never received notice or anything to sign regarding this. Then they go ahead and continue to pull premiums out of my account, and now they refuse to refund the full amount even though they were cancelled and Brian refuses to talk to me. He doesn t return calls, changes policies without the appropriate steps. Overall horrible agent. Stay away!
