If i could give their health insirance negative stars i would its that bad. Sure its cheap but its run by UMR aka United Hell care. Ive been yelled at by customer serivce agents on the phone and they refused to give me CPT codes of services performed instead lying and saying i need get it from my doctor. Funny thing is how does insurance know what it will pay docotr if they do not know CPT codes of procedures? Absurd.
