Melissa and her staff have been great work with. Lots of insurance and investment options and no high pressure tactics. They have always given me great service and advice when it comes to my personal and business finances and insurance. Melissa has also donated her time as a SCORE Business Mentor and I think that is very admirable. Keep up the great work!
I wanted a quote on Health Insurance and left a message for someone to please call me. Jackie called and left me a message to call her back so she could answer my questions. When I called back the receptionist wouldn’t let me talk to Melissa or Jackie. She said the only way I could talk to them was to schedule an appointment after July 4th. My recommendation, get a new receptionist who isn’t rude!
