This agent hung up on me.I called her office insisting that SHE call me back, and 3 days later finally does. I sent a written email with a specific context and requested for HER to call me back, not delegate to her staff. What did she do? She delegated to others without a response to me personally at all. Then hangs up on me citing that I insulted her when I called her out on her lack of service.
