Carey is a very nice guy but not a good communicator. His assistant Alexis literally never responded to any call or email from me or my mother when we had a policy with Carey's office and Carey refused to explain why that was. I would definitely not recommend doing business with him because when push comes to shove you need people who can accurately and promptly let you know what's going on with your insurance.
Worst communication imaginable. I'm a friend of his and my mother and I had auto and renter's policies with Farm Bureau. Carey doesn't seem to have any idea what he's doing and his assistant literally never responds to calls or emails.You'd be a fool to allow him to manage your insurance needs. I switched our policies to him because he's a friend and I had the same horrible experience with an agent in Phoenix so it's obvious this company is complete trash. They stuck us with a $900 bill.
