Seniors are not treated fairly. However screams the loudest in my opinion is the one that wins. It doesn' t matter when on the police report it says the other driver are in the fault. There agents have no brains as I was told the driver that was responsible said he looked at me. I asked what is that suppose to mean. Cheryl Tompkins was my claims representative. It feels she has been blowing me off/purposely not answering my calls to take care of an accident one of their members caused. 0/10 service. I’ve left multiple voicemails and haven’t gotten a call back in 3+ weeks.
We had a policy with them and called July 9 to cancel. I spoke with Steven on the phone who confirmed cancellation. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks and sent an email on July 20 to confirm cancellation and put it in writing. I then spoke with Steven on August 2 and was advised that the check was sent to the property address and not our billing address. The correct address was provided and was told my check would be reissued. August 31 an email was sent asking for the check the be reissued as it was not received. It is ... read more
