Cheryl Tompkins was my claims representative. It feels she has been blowing me off/purposely not answering my calls to take care of an accident one of their members caused. 0/10 service. I’ve left multiple voicemails and haven’t gotten a call back in 3+ weeks.
We had a policy with them and called July 9 to cancel. I spoke with Steven on the phone who confirmed cancellation. I didn’t hear anything for a few weeks and sent an email on July 20 to confirm cancellation and put it in writing. I then spoke with Steven on August 2 and was advised that the check was sent to the property address and not our billing address.
