Incredibly rude staff
We were with them for years. They've always cost more than competitors, but the agent was nice and we're loyal people, so we just paid extra and stayed. One month ago we got a bill. Our insurance jumped up by nearly $400 a month with no warning! We called around and ended up getting the same insurance coverage cheaper than what we were paying BEFORE the surprise jump. The way their billing system works, they took out the over $600 payment a week after we canceled. They said they couldn't refund that to us for nearly a month.... read more
